Since 2014, Creative EDC has worked as an extension of the NCSE staff providing on-demand research, client information management, e-marketing, social media, content for marketing, and impact analysis studies. In 2018 we completed an organizational benchmarking study that NCSE used in budget planning and organizational development. In 2020, Economic Leadership and Creative EDC updated target clusters, completed a workforce assessment, and updated marketing content based on the new information. In 2021 and 2022, we completed back-office research projects such as a regional infrastructure needs inventory. On a regular basis, our team supports recruitment projects across the 18-county region.
