Since completion of the strategic plan in 2014, Creative EDC has facilitated annual retreats to update strategies and make course corrections. The Alliance has focused on product development, completing a new spec building in 2018.
In 2014, Creative EDC was engaged to provide organizational development services to the re-structured Transylvania Partnership. Over the next six months, the organization transitioned from a county department to a public-private partnership. Creative EDC provided interim management, organizational development, and executive search services. In the spring of 2015, we initiated a strategic planning process that resulted in a five-year economic development plan for the new Transylvania Economic Alliance.
