Creative Back Office Suite of Services, CBOSS, provides quick turnaround consulting services. One example is supporting the City of High Point Economic Development Corporation while they were short-staffed. Our team supported grants, social media content, developing an incentives process, and other back office projects. Another example is creating a regional inventory of infrastructure needs to position NC Southeast region for federal funding. Recent projects include services to Alamance County, Cleveland County, NC Southeast, Chatham County, Nash County Amherst County, and Onward NRV. Projects have ranged from salary surveys and bonus plans to research for RFIs to annual report content.
